Wicked Bark BBQ is a Texas-style BBQ food trailer bringing real slow-smoked barbecue to the East Coast—made from scratch, the way it’s supposed to be. We’re BJ and Rob, and we handle it all ourselves: the smoking, the prep, the sides, and every last detail that hits the plate.
Based in Oxford, CT, we serve up classic Texas BBQ favorites like brisket, pulled pork, full spare ribs, chicken quarters, turkey breast, house-made sausage links, pork belly burnt ends, and chicken lollipops—plus our smoked brisket burger when you’re craving something a little different.
And because BBQ isn’t just about the meat, we make our sides in-house too: corn muffins, tater tot casserole, mac and cheese, pit beans, cucumber salad, and all the fixings—pickled red onions, house-made pickles, and pickled jalapeños.
